Courtyard by Marriott Seattle Kirkland

Good service, which I always really like, and of course the price suits me and the comfort of the room!

Xander at the front desk was great. It’s rare to run across staff that actually make you feel like they care about making your stay better and he is that person. The room was clean and comfortable! It was a great stay.

I had a pretty decent stay for a few nights at the Courtyard Mariott in Kirkland. The room was comfortable enough with the bed and couch. I wish I could have altered the thermostat to “cool” or “heat” specifically instead of “auto”. Housekeeping didn’t come on the first day which I thought was a little odd, but they came the second day. The location could be better—pretty far away from the airport, but at least it was close to my friend’s apartment and the wedding venue I was attending. I would come back to stay here again!

Everything was great we stayed in king size with our baby it was nice to have a pull out couch for her. The room was nice and clean. Location was exactly what we needed. Only gripe is the parking. I could understand charging me for parking if you have a gated parking lot but there was nothing preventing someone coming into lot and breaking into my car . Not sure why you pay for parking . We're from oklahoma and this must be a washington thing. And the breakfast is pay off menu not free

This hotel is the best of both worlds: upscale and yet family friendly and unpretentious. Very clean. Good food. Room is great. Just one problem I should have mentioned at the time but in four nights I just put up with it because I don't like to complain. Room 159, that bed seriously needs replacement. Sheets and pillows are crisp, clean and fluffy. The bed itself was sagging and lumpy in spots. Couldn't sleep well. Four nights. My own acceptance. I just think management should know, you need to replace that bed.--But I'll be back. ;-)

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel while traveling for business. The staff was incredibly accommodating and even allowed me to check in early, which made a big difference in my schedule. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The food and drinks at the restaurant were excellent, and I really enjoyed the comfortable lobby and outdoor courtyard for relaxing between meetings. Customer service stood out the most—every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond.

Great stay! The rooms and amenities were excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I even left my watch behind, and they went above and beyond to make sure it was returned to me after I was already home. Really impressed with their service.

I had a great experience staying here after my original Marriott hotel in Bellevue cancelled my reservation last minute. I would especially like to shoutout the entire front end staff that worked the afternoon/early evening of Monday 9/15. All three helped me work through what was a very frustrating situation due to my original hotel's screw up. The room was very clean which I certainly appreciated as well. Good location being close to 405 and being across the street from a QFC was certainly an additional plus.
